Colette Carunchia is an Environmental Health & Safety executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex workplace challenges. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Law and is an OSHA General Industry Trainer.
Her background combines executive leadership, operational risk management, forensic workplace analysis, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. She has led enterprise-wide safety initiatives, developed organizational governance programs, conducted workplace investigations, authored policies and standards, and advised executive leadership on risk management strategies across manufacturing, higher education, and public-sector environments.
Known for her practical approach, independent perspective, and commitment to objective analysis, Colette partners with organizations to deliver solutions that are not only compliant, but sustainable, strategic, and defensible.
